Delivery Information

Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses are individually calculated depending on the weight of the product and is shown at checkout.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Eire are subject to a small delivery surcharge dependant on the location of the delivery.

Deliveries to EU countries and the Rest of the World will be quoted on an individual basis. Please call us on +44 (0) 8450 601602 to request a quotation.

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We will send you a notification e mail informing you of the expected delivery date.

We will e mail you to inform you once your delivery has been despatched and you will be given a tracking no. to keep you informed of the status of your order.

All items are shipped securely packaged via Express carrier or first class post. You must ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery on the expected date.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in time, and as we use a third party carrier, Bolmoor Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an order.

Additional charges may be made to you if an item has to be returned to us by the carrier because they were unable to make the delivery due to no one being present at the delivery address.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not happy with a purchase for whatever reason please inform us by phone on 08450 601 602 within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund you once the goods are received back by us.

Unwanted Items
Unwanted Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund as long as the item remains unused, undamaged and is returned in the original packaging. The cost of the carriage for the return is the responsibility of the customer and a re-stocking charge of 10% of the order value will be made.

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit please inform us as soon as possible on 08540 601 602, before returning the goods to us and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
If the damage is deemed not to be the fault of the carrier or Bolmoor we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that you have "Proof of Purchase" for any return you are making to us.
 If an undamaged item is returned for a refund and is found to have been used in any way whatsoever a refund will not be made.
